We accept, for store credit only, items that are unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors, animal hair, and/or make-up within 14 days of purchase with original tags attached. YOU ARE RESPONSABLE FOR PAYING RETURN SHIPPING FEES!

LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY.

E.M.A's Boutique is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items during delivery. 

It is the customers responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is accurate before completing your order. In the event that an order is returned to us we will ship it again after receiving shipping fees. If fees are not paid, no refund shall be given and items will be donated.
